Solicitor Kathryn Grimshaw from ShoalCoast Community Legal Centre will be discussing the rights and responsibilities of tenants, as well neighbour issues, noise complaints, and rental and mortgage stress. She will also cover consumer rights when buying second-hand goods for example, on Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree.
This talk will be followed by a special screening of The Castle.
